Shipping Policy

At Sorce, we are proud that each fragrance is mixed, bottled, packaged, and shipped with care and intention by our small Charlotte based team to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Due to the nature of this small batch indie perfumery, processing times may vary.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 3–6 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Current processing timeframes are clearly posted on our website home page and reflect our most up-to-date production and fulfillment schedule. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the processing timeframe in effect at the time of purchase.

Orders are not guaranteed to be processed or shipped in the order in which they are received. Processing and fulfillment order may vary based on production schedules, product availability, quality control, and operational considerations.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping labels are generated only when an order has been fully packed and prepared for carrier pickup. We do not create shipping labels in advance or in batches.

After receiving your shipping confirmation, tracking activity should appear within 24–48 hours. In certain instances, carrier scans may be delayed or omitted. A lack of immediate tracking updates does not necessarily indicate a lost shipment.

If tracking shows no movement within 4 business days of shipment notification, please contact us so we may investigate with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit prior to delivery, a replacement will be issued at our sole discretion. Refunds are not provided.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Due to the nature of shipping a restricted item such as perfume, all orders are shipped via USPS Ground. 

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and are non refundable.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to the US and Canada. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Sorce is not responsible for shipments delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a shipment is returned to us due to improper addressing you will be issued a store credit for the amount of your order less any shipping charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sorce is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Carrier delays may not qualify for refunds or replacements. Confirmed shipments lost prior to delivery will be resolved through replacement only, subject to our sole discretion. If you believe your shipment has been lost in transit please contact us at customersupport@shopsorce.com for assistance.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us within 5 days of delivery at customersupport@shopsorce.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorce shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipment delays, fulfillment sequencing, carrier errors, or lost packages. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
