Rewards Program Policy

1. Program Overview

The Rewards Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers to earn points based on qualifying purchases and redeem those points for percentage-based discounts on future orders, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to customers who have an active account with Sorce. Sorce reserves the right to modify or terminate participation eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. Earning Points

  • Customers earn one (1) reward point for every one US dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases.

  • Points are calculated based on the subtotal of an order before taxes, shipping, fees, discounts, or refunds, unless otherwise stated.

  • Points are credited to the customer’s account after the purchase is completed, payment is successfully processed and the order has shipped. Your points will populate to your rewards account within 48 hours of your receipt of a tracking number.

  • Returned or refunded purchases may result in a deduction of previously awarded points.

4. Redeeming Points

Accumulated points may be redeemed for percentage-based discounts on a single order as follows:

  • 100 points = 10% off

  • 200 points = 20% off

  • 300 points = 30% off

  • 400 points = 40% off

  • 500 points = 50% off

Additional redemption terms:

  • Discount codes issued through point redemption are not stackable and may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. If you have codes that you have generated prior to March 1 that are stackable, these will remain stackable. Anything generated after March 1 not be eligible to stack.

  • Only one reward discount may be applied per order.

  • Points must be redeemed in the specified increments listed above; partial redemptions are not permitted.

5. Discount Limitations

  • Reward discounts apply to eligible merchandise only and may exclude certain products, services, or categories at Sorce’s discretion.

  • Discounts have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards.

  • Reward discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

  • While purchase limits are in effect, all discounts are capped at a maximum of $300 per transaction for both in person and online purchases.

6. Point Expiration and Forfeiture

Unless otherwise stated, reward points have no cash value and expire after 12 months. Coupon codes generated from rewards points expire after 12 months. Points may also be forfeited if:

  • The customer account is closed or terminated

  • The Program is discontinued

  • Fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Program is suspected

7. Program Modifications or Termination

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify earning rates, redemption values, or Program rules

  • Suspend or terminate the Program at any time

  • Adjust point balances due to errors, misuse, or policy violations

Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting.

8. General Conditions

  • Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who earned them.

  • The Company’s decisions regarding the Program are final and binding.

  • The Program is void where prohibited by law.
